Refund policy

 

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we aim to resolve any issues quickly. If there is any problem with your vinyl decal, please contact us via the website contact form.

For our customised products such as a change in colour, wording, size, or custom design there is a strict no return policy. Please ensure that you choose carefully. If you order a customised and personalised decal, and email us before the order is processed we will do our best to make any requested changes. We will not issue refunds for change of mind.

If there is a defect in your product, please send returns to our address (listed below). Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of packing and posting any returns. If your product is damaged during postage please contact Australia post who will issue refunds up to $50.

We take no responsibility for items that are delayed due to Australia Post.

 

CANCELATIONS

DAT Vinyl Co will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production.
If the production of your order has not yet commenced, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing the order along with credit card merchant fees on the charge and the refund.

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the full amount due on your order. We can, if you wish, (and if it has not already been posted) prevent shipment (in which case you may be eligible for a refund of your postage costs). 

50% of payments for custom orders are non refundable to account for time and design.

 

 

DAMAGE

Please examine the package and contents when you receive it. Any transport damage to the package or contents must be immediately reported. Please take photographs and email sales@datvinylco.com.au

Please note if damage to the package has occurred as a result of Australia Post you can contact Australia Post for a refund of up to $50 in value.

 

 

How to apply for a refund:

1. Contact us on sales@datvinylco.com.au to discuss a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or issues with your purchase.

3. If we are satisfied that the damage was not caused by you or incorrect application we will issue a refund.

Response Time

We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 10 days of receipt.
